Canvas is incompatible​

Install and activate a Canvas version satisfying ^1.0.4: at least 1.0.4 and lower than 2.0.0. The exact release-tested artifact is 1.0.4.

An optional plugin is installed but inactive​

Starter distinguishes installation metadata from runtime availability. Activate the provider and reload the preflight screen. Renaming a plugin directory does not affect the runtime-marker check.

Theme CSS cannot be updated​

Update at least one active WP Suite plugin to a release containing Hub 2.5.9 or later. The active shared Hub must expose ownership-safe fragments against the WordPress Custom CSS stylesheet smartcloud-wpsuiteio-theme.

Activation reports a conflict​

The destination changed after preview or already contains a customized header, footer, slug, navigation name, or provider-owned record. Review the destination and create a new preflight or migration plan. Starter does not overwrite the conflict silently.

Rollback stops​

An imported object was changed or lost its ownership identity. Normal rollback preserves later edits. Inspect the reported target and either keep it, restore it manually, or use a separately reviewed destructive recovery only when losing the later change is acceptable.

Static live preview limitations​

A ThemeForest preview may be served as a static export. Forms, search, authentication, account state, and AI-backed interactions must either work against an intentional public service or be clearly presented as non-interactive demonstrations. A public WordPress admin is not required.
