Agent Starter Migration Foundation Workflow

Migration Foundation supports evidence-backed work for an existing public site. Starter exports the destination's effective Canvas and WordPress state and bundles schemas, a constrained prompt, a beginner guide, and a read-only public-site profiler.

Starter does not call an AI service. The operator chooses where to analyze the kit and public profiler output, reviews the proposed source analysis and content-governance decisions, then uploads the returned JSON as an inactive candidate.

Before activation, Starter validates secrets, executable content, providers, portable Navigation targets, ownership, checksums, semantic differences, and the exact reversible write plan. A changed site or changed candidate invalidates the preview receipt and requires a fresh plan.

Use a new immutable bundle_id for every revision. After Foundation activation, export a fresh post-Foundation kit before the content-governance pass so the second plan is based on the actual destination state.
