WP Suite Agency Subscription

WP Suite Agency - WordPress Integration Suite for Teams is an AWS Marketplace subscription for agencies and technical teams that manage multiple WordPress sites. It provides one workspace for assigning, monitoring, and revoking site access, with consolidated billing through AWS Marketplace.

What the subscription includes

Connected sites receive Pro-level access across the WP Suite product family:

  • Gatey for Amazon Cognito authentication, protected content, SSO, and identity-aware WordPress experiences.
  • AI-Kit for AI-assisted editorial workflows, media metadata, and supported private AI integrations.
  • Flow for block-based forms, submissions, reusable templates, and workflow automation.
  • Static Publisher for publishing approved WordPress pages to Amazon S3 and delivering them through CloudFront.
  • Workspace management for connecting sites and managing their entitlements from one place.

Plugins are installed and configured separately on each WordPress site. The subscription does not include WordPress hosting, managed AWS infrastructure, custom development, or the AWS service charges created by optional backend integrations.

Site plans and overage

Agency plans cover a baseline of 10, 20, 50, or 100 active sites. The selected tier is a commitment, not a hard site limit. Additional active sites are billed as metered site-hour usage at the rate associated with the selected tier.

AWS Marketplace currently offers 12-, 24-, and 36-month contracts and a free trial. Pricing, taxes, discounts, billing terms, and trial availability shown during purchase are controlled by AWS Marketplace and take precedence over this summary.

Getting started

  1. Open the AWS Marketplace listing, choose a site-count plan, and subscribe.
  2. Choose Set up your account when AWS Marketplace presents the fulfillment step.
  3. Sign in to WP Suite or create an account, then create or select the workspace that should receive the entitlement.
  4. Install the required WP Suite plugins on each WordPress site. The Marketplace listing specifies WordPress 6.0 or later and PHP 8.0 or later.
  5. Connect each site from its plugin settings and confirm that it appears in the workspace dashboard.
  6. Monitor the active-site count and any metered overage in the WP Suite workspace and AWS billing tools.

Agency Subscription and Deployment Access are separate

Agency Subscription controls workspace and plugin entitlements for multiple sites. It does not, by itself, provide the Marketplace Quick Launch entitlement used to deploy WP Suite backend infrastructure into a customer AWS account.

Use WP Suite Deployment Access when you need the guided CloudFormation deployment path for Cognito, AI-Kit Backend, Flow Backend, or Static Site Guardian. The two products can be used together, but they solve different problems and are billed separately.

Support and contract lifecycle

WP Suite support covers Marketplace onboarding, workspace setup, site connection, entitlement questions, overage guidance, and access to supported Pro features. The Marketplace listing gives a target response time of one to two business days and lists support@wpsuite.io as the contact address.

If a contract is not renewed or replaced before it ends, the Marketplace entitlement expires. Free plugin capabilities can continue, but Agency-controlled Pro entitlements deactivate. Review the current refund and cancellation terms on AWS Marketplace before purchasing.
