# WP Suite Pricing and AWS Marketplace Options

This page summarizes the current WP Suite pricing model, including the individual-site Free and Pro plans and the two live AWS Marketplace products: Agency Subscription and Deployment Access.

WP Suite is an AWS-native WordPress platform: WordPress remains the CMS, editing, and presentation layer, while optional connected features move identity, AI, APIs, workflows, backend services, protected routes, and static delivery into modular AWS-backed infrastructure. Free product features do not require a WP Suite subscription. Pro unlocks connected workspace features and optional backend-aware workflows where applicable.

## Plans at a glance

- **WP Suite Free**: $0
- **WP Suite Pro**: **$19.90 / month** or **$199 / year** for one connected WordPress site
- **WP Suite Agency Subscription**: available on AWS Marketplace as a pay-as-you-go multi-site subscription with discounted 10, 20, 50, and 100-site commitment tiers plus hourly metered overage for additional active sites
- **Trial**: free trial available for Pro/Agency evaluation where offered
- **Deployment Access**: **$500 for 36 months** for deployment and update access in one buyer AWS account; AWS infrastructure usage is billed separately
- **Lifetime access**: not offered

> WP Suite uses a single subscription model to unlock premium features across current and future WP Suite plugins within the licensed scope. Individual Pro is site-based. Agency Subscription is workspace-based: choose the smallest discounted commitment tier that fits your expected baseline, then let additional active sites flow through hourly metered overage. The 100-site tier is not a platform limit; it is simply the largest public commitment tier currently shown on AWS Marketplace. If a subscription is cancelled or expires, the site can continue using Free features; Pro/Agency entitlements deactivate. AWS services deployed into a customer's own AWS account remain under that customer's AWS billing and operational responsibility.

## AWS Marketplace Agency Subscription

WP Suite Agency is live on AWS Marketplace as **WP Suite Agency - WordPress Integration Suite for Teams**. It is designed for agencies and technical teams that manage multiple client WordPress sites and want consolidated AWS Marketplace billing.

Agency Subscription is intentionally pay-as-you-go above the initial commitment. The public 10, 20, 50, and 100-site dimensions are discounted baseline tiers, not hard usage limits. An agency can choose the minimum committed tier it needs, receive the related volume discount, and pay hourly metered overage for additional active sites above that tier.

Agency Subscription includes Pro-level access across WP Suite plugins for the selected active-site baseline, central workspace management for connected sites, and metered expansion beyond the selected tier.

### Agency tiers

| Marketplace dimension | Included active sites | 12-month contract | 24-month contract | 36-month contract | Metered overage |
|---|---:|---:|---:|---:|---:|
| Agency 10 Sites | 10 | $1,790 | $3,400 | $4,830 | $0.0227 / unit |
| Agency 20 Sites | 20 | $3,180 | $6,040 | $8,590 | $0.0204 / unit |
| Agency 50 Sites | 50 | $6,950 | $13,200 | $18,770 | $0.017 / unit |
| Agency 100 Sites | 100 | $11,900 | $22,600 | $32,130 | $0.0147 / unit |

AWS Marketplace shows 12-month, 24-month, and 36-month contract options. The 24-month contract is shown with up to 5% savings and the 36-month contract with up to 10% savings compared with the 12-month option. Overage is metered hourly, so active site counts can grow beyond the selected commitment tier without requiring a separate fixed package. Final contract duration, price display, purchase flow, taxes, discounts, metering, and billing terms are controlled by AWS Marketplace.

## AWS Marketplace Deployment Access

Deployment Access is live on AWS Marketplace as **WP Suite Deployment Access - AWS-native Backends for WordPress**. The public offer is a 36-month, $500 software contract scoped to one buyer AWS account. It provides a wizard-assisted AWS Marketplace Quick Launch and CloudFormation path for deploying and updating supported WP Suite backend infrastructure.

It covers the AWS-side infrastructure for:

- Amazon Cognito authentication infrastructure for Gatey use cases
- AI-Kit Backend for private AI, fallback processing, grounded chat, and documentation search
- Flow Backend for durable submissions, templates, workflows, webhooks, EventBridge, and AI-agent steps
- Static Site Guardian for protected static delivery, signed-cookie access patterns, and related CloudFront/S3 security infrastructure

The contract includes deployment and update access, supported CloudFormation templates, Marketplace entitlement validation, controlled access to deployment packages, and supported deployment guidance. It permits unlimited deployment modifications and stack reconfigurations during the term without an additional Deployment Access usage fee.

Deployment Access is not the same as a WP Suite plugin subscription. Agency Subscription controls plugin and workspace entitlements; Deployment Access provides the account-scoped entitlement and guided tooling for customer-owned AWS infrastructure. AWS usage charges remain separate and are billed by AWS to the buyer AWS account. The buyer remains responsible for AWS account administration, security policies, cost controls, monitoring, backups, and production operations.

## How to choose

- Use **Free** when a site only needs the free plugin capabilities and local/on-device features.
- Use **Pro** when one connected WordPress site needs premium features across Gatey, AI-Kit, Flow, Static Publisher, or future WP Suite plugins.
- Use **Agency Subscription** when an agency or technical team manages multiple client sites and wants central workspace management, AWS Marketplace billing, discounted baseline commitments, and hourly metered overage for additional active sites.
- Use **Deployment Access** when the customer wants supported WP Suite backend infrastructure provisioned into one buyer-owned AWS account for Cognito, private AI/search, workflow automation, or protected static delivery. The public contract is $500 for 36 months; AWS resource charges are separate.
