# WP Suite Agency Subscription

WP Suite Agency - WordPress Integration Suite for Teams is an AWS Marketplace subscription for agencies and technical teams that manage multiple WordPress sites. It provides a central WP Suite workspace, Pro-level access across the WP Suite product family for connected sites, and consolidated billing through AWS Marketplace.

Public AWS Marketplace listing: https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-db6r5h44kydsa

## Included product access

The Agency entitlement covers supported Pro features across:

- Gatey for Amazon Cognito authentication, protected content, SSO, and identity-aware WordPress experiences
- AI-Kit for AI-assisted editorial workflows, media metadata, and supported private AI integrations
- Flow for block-based forms, submissions, reusable templates, and workflow automation
- Static Publisher for publishing approved WordPress pages to Amazon S3 and delivering them through CloudFront
- central workspace management for connecting sites and assigning, monitoring, or revoking their access

Plugins are installed and configured separately on each WordPress site. The public Marketplace listing specifies WordPress 6.0 or later and PHP 8.0 or later.

Agency Subscription does not include WordPress hosting, managed AWS infrastructure, custom development, third-party services, or AWS service charges for optional customer-configured or customer-deployed integrations.

## Site tiers and metered overage

The public offer has 10-, 20-, 50-, and 100-site commitment tiers. A tier defines the included active-site baseline, not the maximum number of sites in a workspace. Additional active sites are billed as metered site-hour usage at the overage rate associated with the selected tier.

| Marketplace dimension | Included active sites | 12-month contract | 24-month contract | 36-month contract | Overage per site-hour |
|---|---:|---:|---:|---:|---:|
| Agency 10 Sites | 10 | $1,790 | $3,400 | $4,830 | $0.0227 |
| Agency 20 Sites | 20 | $3,180 | $6,040 | $8,590 | $0.0204 |
| Agency 50 Sites | 50 | $6,950 | $13,200 | $18,770 | $0.0170 |
| Agency 100 Sites | 100 | $11,900 | $22,600 | $32,130 | $0.0147 |

AWS Marketplace currently shows 12-, 24-, and 36-month contract options and a free trial. The 24-month option is shown with up to 5% savings and the 36-month option with up to 10% savings compared with the 12-month option. Prices, taxes, discounts, trial availability, contract terms, metering, and billing shown during purchase are controlled by AWS Marketplace and take precedence over this summary.

## Subscription and onboarding flow

1. Subscribe on AWS Marketplace and select the site-count plan.
2. Choose Set up your account in the Marketplace fulfillment flow.
3. Sign in to WP Suite or create an account.
4. Create or select the WP Suite workspace that should receive the Marketplace entitlement.
5. Install the required WP Suite plugins on each WordPress site.
6. Connect each site from its plugin settings and verify that it appears in the workspace dashboard.
7. Monitor the active-site baseline and any metered overage in the WP Suite workspace and AWS billing tools.

## Relationship to Deployment Access

Agency Subscription and Deployment Access are separate AWS Marketplace products.

- Agency Subscription governs multi-site workspace and Pro plugin entitlements.
- Deployment Access provides a 36-month, account-scoped entitlement and guided CloudFormation flow for deploying supported WP Suite backend infrastructure into one buyer-owned AWS account.

The two products can be used together, but purchasing Agency Subscription does not by itself include the separate public Deployment Access contract or its Quick Launch entitlement. See the WP Suite Deployment Access knowledge-base page for the infrastructure scope and deployment process.

## Support and contract lifecycle

WP Suite support covers Marketplace onboarding, workspace setup, site connection, included-site and overage guidance, Agency subscription questions, and access to supported Pro features. The Marketplace listing provides a target response time of one to two business days and lists support@wpsuite.io as the contact address.

If an Agency contract is not renewed or replaced before it ends, its Marketplace entitlement expires. Connected sites can continue to use Free capabilities, but Agency-controlled Pro entitlements deactivate. The refund and cancellation terms on AWS Marketplace should be reviewed before purchase.
